Our 1.9″ Halo Ring Inserts are a unbelievable approach so as to add a little bit of coloration to your Locked Up RC wheel set.
Like our standard “Backlight Glow Rings”, these inserts are sandwiched between your present bead lock ring and wheel.
These Ring Inserts protrude from behind your ring to supply a varied quantity of coloration relying on setup.
For instance, the inside diameter on these Plain Ring Inserts is 34mm.
So when used with an Agile ring (ID 39mm), you see about 2.5mm of coloration throughout.
These inserts can be utilized with ANY of our 1.9″ bead lock rings however we really feel they give the impression of being finest with our extra open designs just like the Agile, Demon & Sever.

Printed components might require you to do some last deburring. Just like plastic components from a components tree.
So, BEFORE set up, please test the piece for any burrs that have to be eliminated.
To set up:
1. Remove your outer bead lock ring and lay your wheel face up.
2. Place the Insert Ring into the wheel in order that the aspect with the “flange” is on the high.
3. Reattach the bead lock ring and tighten to softly push insert into place.
4. Verify that the bead lock ring is flush towards the wheel (test from the edges).
(If the ring isn’t sitting flush, test for alignment and burrs.)
